have donloaded cocut 11, all works fine untilI go cut cut mode, when nothing gets sent to my plotter, please help

What cutter are you using? Also, what port type (i.e. serial, parallel or USB)? I had a similar problem, but dont know if its the same w/o knowing more.
Thanks, using a sign pal lynx 60 (excellent machine) and serial comms port. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you
