I want to cut a word out in one color and then cut another color that the first word will fit into. I want it to look like a outline(border)with approx. 1/4 inch around first word. How do I do this?

What program are you using? In Corel, you can use either a pen outline or an interactive contour. Dont think this is a CoCut feature.
