When i try to drag and drop a bitmap image any higher than 250 D.P.I., CoCut will not respond and sometimes locks up. I have 32 meg. adapter and 450 meg. memory. What am i missing? R.L. Sleight

Dear Mr. Sleight, CoCut Professional only can import 16MB via clipboard. But next week we will release a new version with which you can import a bitmap file with drag and drop from the Windows Explorer. Best regards Hans Friedrich Holz / Support
I have Corel 9, Smart Designs 9, and CoCut 9. My last updatefor CoCut was on September 2000. I have been trying to sell an idea using foto-cut. When I try to print a sample, all I get are the lines instead of black and white areas. After trying all I could think of I found an update on your web site. I clicked to download, entered my password from Sept. 2000, got a quick-time logo on my screen and then nothing until a broken quick-time logo appears. Please help if you can. Kevin
