when i start the CoCut there is a error messege "Unable to find copy protection key" but the Dongle is in my computer parallel port. Before i reinstall my win XP and the protection key was in parallel port all the time is that important maybe this is the problem? plese help

My old computer died and I just bought a new one that came with XP. CoCut worked perfectly on my old computer, but now I am also getting the "Unable to find copy protection key". The dongle is installed in the USB port. Any ideas?

I have the same problem i have been using a usb cable had to get a new key license, i recently had to reload all my programs in the computer, now that i did this i cannot get the cocut to run i am using xp home edition. this worked fine until i had to reinstall all the programs. please help i am just trying to use the same things that worked great without having to up grade again please please help i have tried to email acouple of times in the past two weeks with no response if i have to call please tell me i will gladly call thanks robert
