Betreff: Shadowing | Name: Steven S. (steven@nni.com) | 20.05.2000 03:27:07

Hello, I was considering buying the Summa Graphics D60 plotter and using
CoCut 9 with Corel Draw 9. Is it possible to cut Offset shadowing in
the CoCut 9 program? Will these {plotter and software] work well together?
Thanks for your help. Steven

Hello Steven,

with CoCut Professional you can weld the objects by color (after you created your shadow in CorelDRAW). This isn´t possible in the standard version of CorelDRAW.
The Summa D60 can be used with CoCut without any known problems.

CoCUT 9 Pro does an excellent job of welding overlapping objects including shadows. We bundle both CoCUT 9 Pro and Summa cutters with our Smart Designer add-on software for CorelDRAW. CoCUT 9 Pro turns Corel into a cutting program. Smart Designer 9 turns Corel into a sign program. We added over 200 sign making features to CorelDRAW including cuttable text effects. If you want more informationi about our Corel Powered Sign Making systems, drop me an email at cmertens@smartdesigns.com
