As required prior to using the cutter for the first time, I am not able to get the CoCut toolbar to stay in place or open when trying to place it on the Corel Draw toolbar. I received a paper document when we ordered the software. The document has a paragraph that says the Coccut toolbar must be placed on the Corel bar, then it says to go to "options" where you enter the type cutter. Please help if possible. Thank you.
