Hi, We got a new scanner and can't seem to sucessfully scan into Corel 6 then transfer to CoCut. We get a 5010! error. What may be the problem? Glen

Dear Mr. Comstock, you cannot plot a bitmap. You first should vectorize the bitmap so that you have curves, which can be plotted. You can use programs like EuroVECTOR, Adobe Streamline, CorelTrace etc. for a vectorization of bitmaps. Best regards Hans Friedrich Holz / Support
