Hans, I have a customers running Windows2000, a Summa T750, Cocut 9 Professional, and Corel 9. When he goes to cut the job gets sent to the Cutter4 spooler, but nothing plots. So we bring up the spooler and tell it to go on cutting, nothing. Next we bring up the spooler and hit delete all. The plotter goes but only plots half of the job(12 inches X 24 inches). Any idea what's wrong? Regards, Graham

Hello Graham, Does you customer use a serial port? If yes, did you already check the protocol settings of the COM-port in the system control? Is it set to "hardware"? If yes, did you already try to deactivate the use of the FIFO-buffers? Does your customer use a parallel port? If yes, did you already check, if the spooler of his printer may cause problems (try to uninstall the printer driver)? Best regards Hans Friedrich Holz / Support
