I have loaded and uninstalled Cocut Pro 9 several times and keep getting a serial code error#----- what can posibly be wrong? Chris

Serial number problems are pretty well documented in this forum, hopefully Eurosystems will modify the installation routine soon, so it will raise less issues. CoCut Standard and Pro versions use different serial numbers and are not interchangeable, ensure that you install the correct version (STD or Pro version) for YOUR serial number. Serial numbers take the format: 21****-CC11*-*******-****** hope this helps.
I feel like an idiot, I was just cruising thru the install instruction without changing the version to cocut pro. Thank you for all the help Chris
