Question:

Betreff: No Cut Preview when using multiple colors | Name: Chris Adcock (graphixtreme@myexcel.com) | 10.04.2003 08:13:22

I am a new user to CoCut Pro and am creating a 2-color graphic (2-colors of different vinyl). The problem that I am having is that I do not get a Cut Preview window when cutting multi-color graphics. When I change the "Cutting Mode" to specify the order I wish to cut the colors, the "Cut Preview" option becomes grayed out. I do get the Cut Preview when using only one color, or if I specify to cut "All Objects" or just one color. Please tell me that this is not just the way it is. I really like being able to add PowerWeed lines and rotate the image prior to cutting. Thanks!

What I was told to do (and it works) is to choose a single color in the drop-down box. Cut that color then do the same for subsequent colors. After each color is cut, it will return you to the first CoCut window. It will retain your registration marks for the successive colors.

Hey Chris, My problam was fixed when we came to the conclusion it was the program itself. CoCut sent me a program that used a usb port for the doggle instead of the printer port. Everything is running gret know.
