We have a Roland PNC-1800 48 inch cutter and the Reg Cocut. Everything works fine until we try a plot over 120 inches. The plotter just stops. Can you advise how to enable tiling in Co-Cut?

Dear Mr. Corbin, the older PNC-1800 only had an adressable area of 120 inches, so the driver of the PNC-1800 works with a framesize of 120 inches (310 cm). CoCut uses an internal tiling (plot the whole frame without segmentation line, set internal origin and plot next frame) if the option "wait after segment" is disabled. If this option is enabled, the cutter module will cut a segmentation line and wait after each segment until you press "continue" in the cutter plot queue. If you have a newer PNC-1800 you also can use the driver PNC-1860. This driver has a larger framesize. Best regards Hans Friedrich Holz / Support
