I have downloaded xp cocut update, loaded updated driver/firmware from signwarehouse, have confirmed port settings for both the CoCut software and the Vinyl Express plotter, have done all suggestions on support site (thank you for that site). Yesterday I was able to cut once (have turned fifo off). Today and before not able to cut. I am able to send test print (through plot properties on printer/fax window) to plotter and it states "DATA IN BUFFER" on plotter lcd but nothing ever comes out. I can, from CoCut send a print with the same results. However, when I use the CUT command I do NOT get a "DATA IN BUFFER" message on the plotter and, instead, I get the JOB CONTROL window with my CUT file listed with no cut - ever. I waited many minutes without success. Please help me. Thanks. Lori
