Anything created in corel can be cut. Anything that is imported or aquired from a scanner cannot. It imports into Cocut, gives the dialog box that selects the port etc. and than does not give the preview. If I'm barking up the worng tree, How do I cut an image from a hard copy?

Dear Mr. Hinkler, you cannot plot a bitmap (scanned images are bitmaps). You first should vectorize the bitmap so that you have curves, which can be plotted. You can use programs like EuroVECTOR, Adobe Streamline, CorelTrace etc. for a vectorization of bitmaps. Best regards Hans Friedrich Holz / Support
