My summa d60 works ok with the serial cable, then i switched computers use the SAME software and it cannot read the width under the USB cable, but works ok with the serial.

I have exactly the same problem. Please help.
i havent been able to test this yet, but i noticed today the pop up menu that shows width summa device etc, has a drop down box with com1 com2 etc, there was a USB choice, maybe this will help?
