Betreff: Cocut Pro and segmenting acting weird??? | Name: Tim (timd1971@hotmail.com) | 09.12.2003 19:39:25

I am using Cocut Pro and a Summa D60 with serial connection. Everything has always worked fine before...

I am doing very large pen plots on paper and using Cocut Pros segmenting feature. The plot which I encountered this problem is around 10-0" tall by 40-0" wide. (about 5 (23") segments vertically, and divided the 40 about every 10-0" (so a 5x4 matrix).

The first segment block seemed to plot ok.... but when the next segment block plotted...it seemed to have shifted the graphics down a foot or so (and the machine keeps feeding a enormously amount of paper out! so I cancel). Tried running a few more times and tried moveing the segment lines a bit...but still same problem. I have run ito this in the past but halfway through a large job...ended up splicing manually.

anybody have this problem also...or has EuroSystems encountered this?
Using Flexi7 in the meantime till I get some sort of solution...not sure if its glitches in data, the plotter, or the software? cuts, plots, pounces fine small stuff...and has good luck with large segmentted stuff..but sometimes i get offsetted segmented graphics.

There have not been any answers up to now.
