when i bought your software I was asured that it was fully compatible with my system win95, corel6.0 and grafityp CSR ecom2 (plotters) but, to my dissapointment this program has not got the driver for my plotter. can you supply me with the missing drivers or can i get the money back?

Dear Mr. Scott, did you already try the existing Grafityp drivers, which are delivered with CoCut? If yes, and they didnīt work (and you are sure, that the COM-parameters were set correctly) then try one of the drivers, which use a HPGL command set (like the Roland or Mimaki drivers). If one of these drivers nearly works, but not exactly in that way you desire (wrong size etc.) donīt hesitate to contact us, so that we can change the driver together. I have a Grafityp CSR plotter but the sprockets that hold the vinyl in place are worn - do you have any I could purchase? I also need a driver disc for my applemac and a manual for the CSR.
