purchased new computer with XP Pro loaded the programs plus the updates for the cutter and cocut worked fine for a week now cocut flashes open then never stays open have reloaded drivers updates and programs to no avail working with: windows XP Pro corel 9 cocut 9 summa d60 plotter computer P4 3.2 1 gig ram 120 gig hard drive Dell demension hopes this helps please help if I need new software HURRY

Dear Joey, test the following: - restart your computer - search after the file cocut.ini on your hard disk - rename this file to cocut2.ini - test it again Best regards Horst Krämer
no file name as cocut.ini is found if I open the eurosysyems folder no ini file
