Start the installation of the latest CoCut service release and select Modify in the first dialog. 
In the next dialog select CoCut for Illustrator CS 2 under CoCut AutoExport and click on next. 
After the installation has finished you will find a new menu item File -> CoCut in Illustrator CS 2.

I could not find the CoCut Plugin in Illustrator CS2 either. Further I have used the latest installer of CoCout professional. Where do I find the service releases of CoCut ?
