Sometimes, the plotter cuts in the wrong direction, cutting text inside a box, the plotter cuts the box outside the area around the text, so I can't cut boxes with negativ text. Cutting an elipse, it starts correctly, them it moves to a different direction . What can I do ?

Dear Mr. Costa, this seems to be a handshake problem. Make sure that the serial com port is set to "Hardware" (control panel, device manager, Com port).
