this is not a sensor problem as summa team thought....I turned the lights off.......cuts perfect first set of copy.....stop an align vinyl after 5 ft.....if you think a D-60 will run a roll of vinyl straight, you are dreaming.....but thats not a problem....next run...it doesnt cut the last 2 letters......hmmmm???....third run it doesnt cut the last 2 1/2 letters.....on and on...you get the picture......HELP!!!...vinyl waster in texas

This could be a protocol problem. Check your com port settings in the windows control panel. Protocol should be set to Hardware, 19200 Baud (Default setting is 9600 Baud but your Summa is fast enough to use more data), 8, None, 1. Make sure that the plotter setup is in line with the port settings. Hope this helps.
