We have purcase the PC 60 about a month ago, had a one day class. Now the machine has a problem printing. When it prints, it will leave lines through the picture. The lines it leaves are blue, red and some pictures would leave all four color lines cross the picture. Thank you for your time. I have seen this problem 5 times with the same problem as you describes. Your printerhead is damaged,.. This is a well known problem with PC60. You have to send it back to Your supplier for repair. They will have to replace the printerhead in order to fix the PC 60.
