I am upgrading a customers computer from windows 98 to xp home editions and cocut8 to cocut 4x3. The serial number on their adapter says it has not been registered. My customer is out of town and wants the computer done by the time he gets back. I went on your site and was going to register it but have no idea when and how it was purchased. Is there anyway I will be able to proceed with this upgrade without knowing all the information? Thanks, Troy
