Question:

Betreff: CoCut Pro for CoralDraw 6-9 | Name: Sharon Allan (sallan1055@aol.com) | 04.11.2000 01:35:53

I've been using CoCut pro for CoralDraw 6-9 for almost a year now.
Today something happened and now when I go to send the graphic to
the plotter I get the error message that it cannot find
copy protection key and I can't go any further. What do I need to do
to correct this problem? I've tried turning everything off and reseating
the connections, but I still get the same error.

Help!!!

Thanks

I have downloaded the Ddemo version and connected the plotter to both the serial and parallel port with the same result.
The logo comes up then it states that it cannot open the cmx file? What should I do? Which port do I hook up to as I dont have a dogel.

Dear Mrs. Allen,

please contact your dealer to let him check the dongle. Normally, a dongle cannot be damaged and in most cases the port or a driver didnīt run correctly. If the dongle is really damaged, your dealer can change it.

Dear Mr. Finley,

if CoCut says, it cannot open the cmx file, the script, which exports the selected objects to CoCut didnīt run correctly. It didnīt generate a cmx file and in most cases it helped, if you uninstall CoCut and CorelDRAW, and install both again.
