my summacut D60 will not turn on. getting message that devise is unknown and there is no driver for it. have downloaded updated driver, uninstalled, reinstalled all software and still can not get the machine to come on. please help. i have to get this machine up and running as soon as possible. Dongle#211094 and i am also getting message that the copy protection key invaild code number 2014735,912380(201951), the beginning numbers on the code number are the serial numbers for the version that i have but the numbers in the () the dongle # is wrong. it is suppost to be 211094. i need to know what happened to the machine and how to fix it. Everytime that i turn the machine off it does the same thing. It usually only takes me a couple of hours to get the machine to turn back on, but it has been down for 3 days now and no sign of life. you can email me back or call me a 940-325-4299 thank you so much for your time
