I installed Cocut Standard but the computer locked up during the installation. I tried uninstall and it is no longer in the program list, but it is in the Directory. I downloaded the service release, but I am not sure what I should do with it. It is in the Eurosystems directory as cc_e. The install asks about a black dongle, should that be a yes or no. I am driving a Roland CX24. I am really screwed up.......help
