Dear M. Malardeau, please have a look at our EuroCUT support page (http://www.eurosystems.lu/support/eurocu-e.htm). There you will find in the first answer the description, how the hardlock drivers under Windows NT 4 have to be installed. If you have a newer version of EuroCUT 4.5 or 5 then the installation of the drivers is done automatically. You then only have to be sure, that you are logged in as admin at your workstation during the installation of EuroCUT. Best regards Hans Friedrich Holz / Support
