I have just recently installed XP. I have Corel 9 and CoCut 9. When I go to install CoCut, everything is fine except it doesnt ask me if I want to install the dongle. Once I launch Corel and send something to cut, I get this error message."Unable to find copy protection key". Any ideas on how I need to go about fixing this. Brian

Have you install the latest service release? You can download the service release from www.cocut.com.
I have downloaded the latest service patch. But when I go to install it. An error message comes saying that the file I just downloaded is corrupt. Any other ideas?
Thanks, I went ahead and downloaded another copy of the service patch, and this fixed my problem.
