Hi there! It might be something stupid: When initialising to cut, the Plotmanager says: cant open COM1 (Kann Schnittstelle nicht öffnen) [COM1] Can anyone please tell me what to do? XP (SP1) Illustrator 10 CG60st CoCut Demo (11.0.44) thx

Hello Esteban, this message appears when the port is used or blocked by another application, so that the plotmanager has no access in order to copy data to this interface. You could use the USB port, another serial (COM) port or LPT1 port instead or you must make sure that no other device is using the same port. Before you try again make sure that the job queue is cleaned. First double click on the plotmanager icon in the task bar and then delete the job queue. Regards RCS Support Team
